I Ptl S Peterson responded in normal mode to [1400 BLOCK] E Residence Ave in reference to an unknown problem.
Upon my arrival I observed several people outside at this location. I made with people on scene who advised they did not call police. I observed people outside start arguing back and forth. A female who identified herself as [WITNESS ] made with me. [WITNESS ] advised she did not want Lakeshia Williams at this location anymore due to her being drunk. [WITNESS ] pointed down the street and advised the female was walking down the street. Ptl Schultz went to make with Williams. Prior to us getting her name, Williams refused several times to provide her name to Ptl Schultz and I to be issued the criminal trespass warning. While still trying to get Williams to provide her name she started getting loud and belligerent walking off from us. Williams walked to the middle of the road cursing. Williams appeared to be very intoxicated. There was a strong odor of alcohol on her breath.
Williams was placed in double locked handcuffs to the rear. Williams was ed for weapons/contraband yielding negative results. Williams was placed in the rear of my patrol vehicle. Williams was transported to the Dougherty County Jail. Upon my arrival at the jail I placed my duty issued weapon in the trunk of my patrol vehicle. Williams was escorted in the jail and turned over to intake officers.
Williams was issued a citation (BB001571) for disorderly conduct.
This case is cleared by arrest.
