Discretion is advised.]Due to errors in OneSolution I was unable to add Criminal Trespass charge to the list of charges and the vehicle part damaged (front windshield $400.00)I Ptl. D. Johnson responded in normal patrol mode to [1700 BLOCK] W Oglethorpe Ave in reference to disorderly conduct with injuries.Upon arrival, I made with a Black female, later identified as [VICTIM #1], who stated 2 black females jumped her while at a christmas party. [VICTIM #1] stated both of the females are sisters but she only knows the name of the female she talks to, a Black female, later identified as Jessica Milledge. [VICTIM #1] stated she was invited to a christmas party at Dominion Ct, but she doesn’t know the address due to her only being their once. [VICTIM #1] stated she has know Milledge since July 2024 so she didn’t know her too well. [VICTIM #1] stated Milledge family likes to fight but she noticed Milledge sister, unidintified female, beating on Milledge cousin for approximately 30 minutes. [VICTIM #1] stated she wasn’t used to that so she attempted to break up the fight and got hit in the face by Milledge then her sister. [VICTIM #1] stated everything was fine up until that point and Milledge kept coming up to her and then smacked her in the head with a beer bottle. [VICTIM #1] stated she is lucky to have survived as she has gashes in her head and noticeable cuts on her hand and face. [VICTIM #1] stated she attempted to flee in her blue in color 2016 Nissan Altima (GA Tag: [REDACTED]). [VICTIM #1] stated as she was leaving Milledge threw another beer bottle at her front windshield cracking it. [VICTIM #1] stated it would cost $400.00 to repair the windshield.Med Unit 5 took a look at [VICTIM #1] and stated if she has anymore pain, etc to give them a call back or go to the hospital immediately.I observed noticeable gashes and cuts to [VICTIM #1]’s head, face, and hand. I observed a cracked windshield to her blue in color Nissan Altima (GA Tag: [REDACTED]). I observed video surveillance footage of Milledge throwing a beer bottle at [VICTIM #1]. There are currently no witnesses to the incident.The following has been submitted to Albany Police Department property management evidence locker #2:(1) DvD with Photos and video of [VICTIM #1] being attacked, her injuries, and damage to her vehicleAn NCIC/GCIC check was conducted on all parties for warrants, yielding negative results.This case is active and will be forwarded to investigations.[End of Narrative].
