Richardson responded in normal patrol mode to 1016 N. Westover Blvd. (Planet Fitness) in reference to an unwanted guest. Upon arrival, I made with black male [WITNESS #1].[WITNESS #1] stated that a black female wearing a black loose shirt, white shorts, and flip flops, came into the business. [WITNESS #1] stated that the female, who was later identified as Apryl Yeldell wanted to get a membership to the business. [WITNESS #1] stated that he informed Apryl that she needed to scan the code by the door and purchase a membership. [WITNESS #1] stated that he observed Apryl struggling to purchase the membership so he went over to her and tried to show Apryl how to purchase the membership. [WITNESS #1] stated that Apryl then told him to not come near her. [WITNESS #1] stated that Apryl then asked if she could charge her phone, to which [WITNESS #1] stated yes. [WITNESS #1] stated that Apryl then sat down and began crying. [WITNESS #1] stated that he then told Apryl to leave the business, but Apryl then began standing up and jumping around causing a disturbance in the business. [WITNESS #1] stated that he told Apryl to leave the business, but she refused and continued to yell inside of the business. [WITNESS #1] stated that when he called police, Apryl left the business. [WITNESS #1] did not provide a witness statement.I then made with Apryl in the parking lot of 2601 Dawson Rd. (Albany Mall). Apryl stated to me that she was an “ex-porn-star” and that she was a sex addict. I then asked Apryl about the incident at the business. Apryl stated that nothing happened and that she wanted to purchase a membership and that she did not need to purchase the membership because she already had one. I then asked Apryl about [WITNESS #1] stating that she was jumping around in the business, to which she stated that she was not.I then placed Apryl into double-locked handcuffs, ed her incident to arrest, and placed her into the rear of my patrol vehicle (19-075). I then transported Apryl to the Dougherty County Jail. While enroute to the Jail, Apryl stated to me “meet me around the building, Imma beat your motherfuking as”. I then secured my service weapon into the trunk of my patrol vehicle and escorted Apryl into the Dougherty County Jail.Once in the jail, Apryl then began to be irate with the detention officers. After a brief scuffle with the detention officers, Apryl was turned over to the intake officers. After turning Apryl over to the intake officers, I ed the rear of my patrol vehicle for any illegal contraband, but was met with negative results.Apryl was issued a citation (BB001952) for disorderly conduct.This case is cleared by arrest.[End of Narrative].
