Sgt Lamb informed me that Michael Cullpepper called Coweta 911 12 times in the past 10 days making false reports of trespassers and thefts that he was the victim of. When deputies responded to the address for prior calls for service, no evidence supported the claims that Cullpepper was making.Due to the high amount of calls to 911 that were false reports of crimes that Cullpepper was given warnings for, Cullpepper was placed under arrest for misuse of 911 services.
