On 07/08/2024 I DS Lamb responded to [90 BLOCK] Mount Calvary Church Rd, in reference to a dispute.
Upon arrival, I was met by the victim, [VICTIM #1], who stated that her neighbor, Lashaun Adams, walked over to her trailer and began to yell and curse. When nobody came out of the home Adams began to pick up trash in the yard and threw it. She then picked up a metal pole and walked over to [VICTIM #1]’s vehicle striking the driverside passenger door. She then threw the pole hitting the top of the truck. After the pole hit the truck it bounced off and hit [VICTIM #1]’s trailer. At this time [VICTIM #1] called 911. [VICTIM #1] advised that this was an ongoing issue that was seeming to get worse and wanted to press charges. The two of them lived with each other for multiple years before this incident. [VICTIM #1] has multiple camera’s on the property that caught Adams acting in a violent and tumultuous manner and attempting to damage [VICTIM #1]’s truck. The video footage was captured on my body camera. No damage to the truck was found.
I then went to the main residence where I met with Adams. She advised that her Boyfriend was cheating on her with [VICTIM #1]. As a result she became angry then admitted to picking up a metal pole and striking the vehicle. At this time she was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct section (2) for acting in a violent and tumultuous manner toward another person whereby the property of such person is placed in danger of being damaged or destroyed.
She was then transported to the jail without incident.
