When I observed a white SUV blacked out in the parking lot of Westley Chapel AME Church.I pulled up with my take down lights activated and I saw movement in the back seat. When I walked up to the vehicle I saw a male, Jerome Forde and Krista Rowe in the back seat having sexual intercourse. When other officers arrived I had Jerome step out and Krista but her pants on. After investigation I placed both under arrest for public indecency and loitering. Both were placed under arrest. I placed Rowe in the back seat of my patrol vehicle and transported her to the Coweta County Jail. She was turned over to the jail staff without incident. Ds.
