Mr. Harper stated that he has an eviction notice and criminal trespass for his son from coming into the .The wife, [WITNESS ], also lives in the . Mr. Harper has called the 911 emergency line 15 times since 8/14/2024regarding this same issue. Everytime he calls to report a criminal trespass against his step-son. [REDACTED] only comes into the if he is invited by Ms. [WITNESS ].Mr. and Ms. [WITNESS ] do not both agree with the criminal trespass and she will invite him into the against his wishes. This then causes an argument where Mr. Harper will call 911.Every time units respond to the residence they explain to Mr. Harper that she is allowed to invite [REDACTED] into the . He is not allowed to live there anymore because of the eviction but is allowed to visit.On 11/29/2024, I responded to the residence and told Mr. Harper to no longer call 911 in hopes to trespass his son if Ms. [WITNESS ] lets him in. He said he would not call any more.Mr. Harper was then placed under arrest and transported to the CCSO jail for processing. Mr. Harper was charged with unlawful conduct during a 911 call for continuing to try and make a false report for trespassing.[End of Narrative].
