Discretion is advised.]On 2/1/25 around 0218 hours CPD units responded to Canton Icehouse located at 150 Keith Dr, Canton, Ga 30114 in reference to a fight in progress.I arrived on scene and saw officers talking to groups of people. One female was walking around yelling profanities and slurring her words. Ofc Redd asked me to grab witness statement forms, when I was coming back with the forms the female continued to yell profanities walking around. Sgt Johnson was trying to talk with her but she continued to walk away yelling profanities and getting in peoples faces. Due to Olivia‘s antics she was placed in handcuffs, I first cuffed her left wrist then her right. As I was handcuffing Oliva a strong odor of alcohol was coming from her persons. After checking for proper fit and double lock she was placed in the back of my patrol car. While in the back of the patrol vehicle Olivia Blackmon vomited along with kicking the door repeatedly.While the other alleged crimes are actively being investigated Olivia was placed under arrest for public drunkenness due to her being loud and boisterous clearly under the influence of alcohol. I notified dispatch I was en route to the ADC with one adult female and left the scene. Olivia continued to say profanities while on the way to the jail and was still being hostile. Cherokee County deputies took custody of Olivia without further issues.[End of Narrative].
