Discretion is advised.]On this date 12/03/24 at approximately 2136 hours, City units were dispatched to the above location in reference to a physical altercation.Once on scene, City units met with [REDACTED] and JORDAN LANEY,who appeared to have been in a physical altercation. While trying to investigate what happened, JORDAN kept being loud and belligerent, claiming nothing happened and telling [REDACTED] to keep his mouth shut. JORDAN continued to get boisterous when attempting to separate the two to hear their sides of the story. It was at this time that he was placed in handcuffs as well as put into my Patrol car. Once we finished talking with [REDACTED] about what occurred I then transported JORDAN LANEY to the County Jail without further incident.Due to the nature of the incident, JORDAN LANEY was charged with City Ordinance Disorderly Conduct.[End of Narrative].
