Discretion is advised.]On 10-29-2024, I was dispatched to [200 BLOCK] Kelly Street in reference to a domestic.Upon arrival, I met all parties involved and reviewed video footage of the incident, and it determined that while Mr. Hullett was traveling on Kelly Street, he approached [200 BLOCK] Kelly Street. While walking past the residence, he charged at a dog that was in the fence while wielding a large fixed blade sword. After Mr. Hullett charged at the dog, the owner, Mr. [REDACTED] along with other family members, came outside to confront Mr. Hullett. At this time a verbal altercation took place. Officers then arrived on scene and separated the parties. After listening to both parties and watching the video footage, Mr. Hullett was placed Into custody and transported to the Chattooga County Jail with no further issue.[End of Narrative].
