Discretion is advised.]On 06/30/2024at 1953 hours I was dispatched to 7500 Abercorn St. regarding a suspicious person. According to dispatch the reporting party, [WITNESS ], he believed she was there to get drugs.I, Officer Greene, arrived on scene and saw the suspect, later identified as Stephanie Brazell walking on the lot. Brazell was yelling racial slurs and causing a disturbance. I asked Brazell why was she in the area. Brazell stated she was trying to get her bag . Brazell yelled the word “Niga” and called a female child “Bith”.Brazell was advised to sit on the curb due her continuously yelling to other residents in the building. She kept standing up and saying her boyfriend was thirty minutes away and she just wanted her bag. Cpl Coleman detained her in handcuffs due to her constant refusal to listen to our verbal commands to stay seated on the curb.Cpl Coleman went to speak with [WITNESS ] to gather more information. [WITNESS ] stated Brazell was asking her grandmother [REDACTED] for a cigarette. [REDACTED] told Brazell no. [WITNESS ] stated Brazell called her a “little niga” and “she was white because her grandma is”. [WITNESS ] advised that she was going back and forth with the Brazell because she would not leave her alone. [REDACTED] stated Brazell did not. I advised to Brazell that she was being arrested for violation of OCGA 16-11-39 Disorderly conduct. Brazell began to yell saying she can’t go to jail. While Cpl Coleman attempted to buckle Brazell in she refused to cooperate and told him “fuk you ni*ger”.Brazell was transported to CCDC where she continued her disorderly behavior with jail staff.[End of Narrative].
