Furman was being disorderly by refusing to cooperate and refused to answer questions. He did not give his drivers license when asked the first time. It took several times asking Furman for his drivers license before he produced the drivers license to officers. Furman was asked to step outside of his vehicel and refused to comply. Furman had to be escorted by officers out of the driver seat. Furman was aggressive when he started to pace back and forth then he balled both of his hands into closed fist while puffing out his chest at officers. Furman refused to answer questions by the HEAT unit officer and he was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, DUI Less Safe Drugs, and found at fault for the accident (refer to GEARS report). Implied Consent was read and refused. He was charged with DUI Less Safe Drugs due to the extremely strong odor of marijuana coming from inside of Unit 1 and his glossed over eyes.
