When I arrived on scene, the manager [WITNESS ] met me outside the restaurant. When I entered I observed a white women who was pacing and yelling in front of the counter area. When I attempted to get her attention, she walk towards me and began yelling at me. I asked her what her purpose was and she stated she wanted to find out the ingredients. She kept pacing around the front area of the counter. When I wouldn’t answer her questions she would call me names.
I asked her ( Leslie Moses) why she would not leave the business when she was asked and she replied that it was her constitution right to be there.
