At approximately 22:54 hours I was dispatched to a Domestic with injuries at the Circle K (7117 SR-21), later to be determined as an altercation between two siblings that did not reside together.Upon my arrival, I located the female victim, [VICTIM ]. She was visibly upset and crying. She informed me that she had driven her sister (Katlin Wilson) around during the holiday functions because she was heavily intoxicated. [VICTIM ] stated that she and Wilson got into an altercation then Wilson began strangling her while she was driving.[VICTIM ] informed me that during this time, Wilson strangled her three times causing her to slam on brakes, run over something and bust her tire. They then ended up in the Circle K parking lot. While on the scene, I was able to clearly see full redness around [VICTIM ]’s neck, clavicles and jawline. I could also see what appeared to be finger marks on her skin from the choking. [VICTIM ] stated there was a possibility that Wilson went to her house at [20 BLOCK] Crabapple Cir. to retrieve her vehicle.I then left the scene to go and for Wilson which was unsuccessful. Police then had a few other calls for service when we received another call for the address of [20 BLOCK] Crabapple Cir. When I arrived on scene this time, I observed Wilson and [VICTIM ]’s mother, [REDACTED] on scene who advised me that Wilson was in the rear of the .I approached Wilson and informed her that I needed her to walk with me to my patrol vehicle to which she replied. She was placed in double locked handcuffs to fit, placed in the rear of my patrol vehicle and ed incident to arrest. Wilson was ready Miranda and agreed to speak with me. She stated that she and [VICTIM ] got into an arguement but then admitted to choking her. Wilson stated that she did this because [VICTIM ] was driving unsafe.Wilson was transported to Chatham County Detention Center and released to jail staff.
