Discretion is advised.]On 04/27/2025 I responded to 39 Barnard St (Goose Feathers Cafe) for report of an assault that had just occurred. Upon my arrival I spoke with Mr. [VICTIM #1] who stated that while he was working a former employee, Ms. Bell Adashia, and her boyfriend, Mr. Hampton, Frederick Jr. entered the business through the rear door and Ms. Bell began cursing at the employees and guests, threw a Redbull drink onto Mr. [VICTIM #1] then moved through the restaurant, throwing her work shirts on the food and on her way out of the back of the business knocked over, and breaking, a stack of dinner plates. The cost of which was estimated below $500.Mr. Hampton reportedly stood there “flipping off” employees. They then reportedly left the business and the scene on foot heading west.Officers Located them walking west over the Bay St Via Duct. As was made Officer Johnson (23B1) attempted to detain Ms. Bell. Mr. Hampton became hostile and, with a flat palm, shoved Officer Johnson back and pulled Ms. Bell away obstructing the detention. The pair were separated by Officers and placed into handcuffs.Upon a incident to his arrest a 9mm Taurus Handgun was discovered in his waistband. The weapon was cleared and secured in my vehicle.A female Officer responded and ed Ms. Bell. Nothing of note was discovered.Ms. Bell was arrested charged with two (2) counts of Criminal Trespass (16-7-21 OCGA), and one count of Disorderly Conduct (16-11-39 OCGA)Mr. Hampton was charged with Criminal Trespass (16-7-21 OCGA), Obstruction of an Officer (16-10-24 OCGA) and Simple Battery of an LEO (16-5-23 (e)).Both parties were transported and booked into CCDC.The firearm was logged into the Property room for safekeeping.[End of Narrative].
