On 08/20/24, at about 1330, I responded to [10 BLOCK] Dutton St for a report of a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, I spoke with Annette Gonzalez, who stated no one touched the other and no one got hit.
Gonzalez stated she was being held inside a at [10 BLOCK] Dutton Street by [WITNESS ]. Gonzalez advised she just wanted to leave the and go to her mother’s house.
While seeking to Gonzalez she became distraught and raised her voice and was yelling at [WITNESS ] and another officer. Gonzales continued to yell with her child in another room within the house.
Gonzales was asked to pack and leave the for the night. She agreed and began to pack some stuff for her and her kid.
After packing and placing the items in the car, she overheard and started to yell at the people down the street. She then started to walk towards the people. I and OFC then began to restrain Gonzalez to avoid any further incidents. OFC Moran came and handcuffed the subject and double-locked the cuffs. OFC Moran then ed Gonzalez and found no contraband.
Gonzales was transported and booked into Chatham County Detention Center for the following:
