I approached the male, who had no shirt, no shoes, nor socks on. He was wearing shorts, not completely naked. The male was asked by officers if he was hitting vehicles, the male said yes but would leave. The male was detained and brought to the patrol car. I attempted to get the male’s information, in which he would not provide when asked. While I did this, Officer Coleman spoke to the witness, [WITNESS #1] about what behaviors she observed from the male.The vehicle he was observed hitting is a 2015 Chevy Malibu, no visible damages were seen on the vehicle.The male was arrested for disorderly conduct as well as obstruction. While at the jail, jail staff was able to identify him by finger print scan as Alex Morris.[End of Narrative].
