Discretion is advised.][NARRATIVE #1 On September 13, 2025]On 9/13/2025 Deputy Walker arrived at [200 BLOCK] Summer Breeze Ln in reference to unknown trouble about a male being on scene with a gun.Upon arrival Deputy Walker observed a wrecker driver, Mr. [WITNESS #1], outside of the apartment complex motioning for law enforcement. Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated that there was a man on the 2nd floor hallway who pointed a gun at him and threatened to kill him. Deputy Walker looked up the stairwell and observed the offender pointing a gun at Deputy Walker. Deputy Walker moved out of the way, announced himself as law enforcement, and ordered the offender to drop the gun and put his hands up.The offender then ran down the stairs to the back side of the apartments where all deputies followed him. At the rear of the building the offender turned around to face the deputies, putting both hands on the gun and beginning to raise it before turning away and running into the wood line. All deputies followed the offender to the edge of the wood line.The offender called 911 and spoke to Cpl. Davis. Cpl. Davis ordered the offender to come out of the wood line and turn himself in. The offender complied and was taken into custody. He was handcuffed behind the back with the cuffs being checked for fit and double locked. The offender was checked for weapons and contraband with none being found. The offender was placed in the rear right seat of Cpl. Davis’ patrol vehicle.Deputy Walker went to speak with Ms. [WITNESS #2] the original complainant at unit [REDACTED]. She said that she is friends with the offender and went to eat with him earlier in the night. She said that he came back to her apartment and didn’t leave when she wanted him to. She said that she saw Mr. [WITNESS #1], who she knows, in the parking lot to tow a vehicle. She said that after the offender didn’t leave she called Mr. [WITNESS #1] to come up to the apartment because she was scared.At this point Mr. [WITNESS #1] denied witnessing anything and stated that he didn’t want to go to court. Ms. [WITNESS #2] said that she did not want to prosecute and did not want to go to court. Deputy Walker spoke with Ms. [WITNESS #3], who also lives at unit [REDACTED], who said that she was also present but did not see anything.Deputy Walker returned to Cpl. Davis who informed Deputy Walker that the gun had been located. The offender was moved from Cpl. Davis’ patrol vehicle to the rear right seat of Deputy Walker’s patrol vehicle where he was seat belted in place. The offender was transported to Detention where he was turned over to Detention staff without issue. The rear seat of Deputy Walker’s patrol vehicle was checked for weapons and contraband before and after transport with none being found.State warrants will be requested.The gun was entered into evidence.[End of Narrative][NARRATIVE #2 On September 13, 2025]On 09/13/2025, Cpl. Davis responded with Deputy Walker and Deputy Stooksbury to [200 BLOCK] Summer Breeze for an unknown trouble call.Upon arrival, Deputies were met by a tow truck driver who stated that the offender had pointed a pistol at him multiple times. Deputies moved to the breezeway of the [REDACTED] building, where they made contact with the offender, who was on the second floor, actively pointing the pistol down the stairs.Deputy Walker announced “Sheriff’s Office” and commanded the offender to drop his weapon, to which the offender refused and fled into the back area of buildings [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. Deputies gave chase. The offender stopped at the fence near the pond and began asking what the Deputies’ names were. Deputies gave multiple commands to drop the weapon; however, the offender then fled into the parking lot and ultimately into the wooded area, where deputies lost sight of him.Cpl. Davis set up a perimeter and began calling to the offender through Deputy Freeman’s patrol vehicle’s PA system. The offender eventually called Catoosa County Dispatch, where he was conferenced with Cpl. Davis. Cpl. Davis was able to speak with the offender and had him agree to come out of the wooded area without the weapon. The offender complied and was taken into custody without incident.Cpl. Davis and Deputy Stooksbury were able to locate and retrieve the firearm from where the offender had been lying inside the wooded area. It is to be known that all deputies were wearing their issued class A uniforms with their badges clearly visible and announced themselves as sheriff’s deputies multiple times through this incident.[End of Narrative][NARRATIVE #3 On September 13, 2025]On 9/13/2025 at approximately 0335 hours, Deputy Stooksbury, Cpl. Davis, and Deputy Walker responded to apartment [REDACTED] on Summer Breeze Lane in reference to an unknown trouble call.Upon arrival, deputies made contact with a tow truck driver on the sidewalk outside of the [REDACTED] building who stated a guy with a gun was on the stairs and had pointed it at him several times and threatened to kill him. Deputies then proceeded to the stairwell where Deputy Walker observed the offender on the second floor down the hallway where he pointed the gun at Deputy Walker. Deputy Walker yelled “Drop the gun. Sheriff’s Office” at the offender. The offender then fled down the stairwell on the back side of the [REDACTED] building and ran to the far side fence line near the woods.Deputies pursued the suspect and had the suspect at gun point at the back of the building. The offender had the pistol in one hand and then moved it to both hands and had the gun in almost the “low-ready” position. Deputy Stooksbury yelled at the offender to stop, drop the gun, and show us his hands. The offender had been told several times at this point that it was the Sheriff’s Office and all deputies were in class A uniforms with our badges clearly displayed. The offender yelled at deputies and asked “what’s your name”, then proceeded to flee around the last apartment building and into the woods.Once in the woods, deputies established a perimeter around the wood line and attempted to call the offender out of the woods. Cpl. Davis assumed command of the incident and requested a K-9 from Hamilton County.Cpl. Davis utilized the PA system in Deputy Freeman’s patrol car and told the offender to call 911 after the offender did not respond to previous commands. The offender did call 911 and conferenced with Cpl. Davis. Cpl Davis was able to talk the offender into leaving the gun at his location in the woods and coming out of the woods with his hands up.The offender was then taken into custody without incident. The offender was handcuffed behind the back with the cuffs being double-locked and checked for fit. The offender was searched incident to arrest with no contraband being found. After the suspect was secured in Cpl. Davis’ patrol car, Deputy Stooksbury and Cpl. Davis were able to retrieve the gun out of the woods.[End of Narrative]. [NARRATIVE #1 On September 13, 2025]
On 9/13/2025 Deputy Walker arrived at [200 BLOCK] Summer Breeze Ln in reference to unknown trouble about a male being on scene with a gun.
Upon arrival Deputy Walker observed a wrecker driver, Mr. [WITNESS #1], outside of the apartment complex motioning for law enforcement. Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated that there was a man on the 2nd floor hallway who pointed a gun at him and threatened to kill him. Deputy Walker looked up the stairwell and observed the offender pointing a gun at Deputy Walker. Deputy Walker moved out of the way, announced himself as law enforcement, and ordered the offender to drop the gun and put his hands up.
The offender then ran down the stairs to the back side of the apartments where all deputies followed him. At the rear of the building the offender turned around to face the deputies, putting both hands on the gun and beginning to raise it before turning away and running into the wood line. Davis’ patrol vehicle to the rear right seat of Deputy Walker’s patrol vehicle where he was seat belted in place. The offender was transported to Detention where he was turned over to Detention staff without issue. The rear seat of Deputy Walker’s patrol vehicle was checked for weapons and contraband before and after transport with none being found.

On 9/13/2025 at approximately 0335 hours, Deputy Stooksbury, Cpl. Davis, and Deputy Walker responded to apartment [REDACTED] on Summer Breeze Lane in reference to an unknown trouble call.

Once in the woods, deputies established a perimeter around the wood line and attempted to call the offender out of the woods. Cpl. Davis assumed command of the incident and requested a K-9 from Hamilton County.
Cpl. Davis utilized the PA system in Deputy Freeman’s patrol car and told the offender to call 911 after the offender did not respond to previous commands. The offender did call 911 and conferenced with Cpl. Davis. Cpl Davis was able to talk the offender into leaving the gun at his location in the woods and coming out of the woods with his hands up.
The offender was then taken into custody without incident. The offender was handcuffed behind the back with the cuffs being double-locked and checked for fit. The offender was searched incident to arrest with no contraband being found. After the suspect was secured in Cpl. Davis’ patrol car, Deputy Stooksbury and Cpl. Davis were able to retrieve the gun out of the woods.
