Detective Lyons was assigned an Adult Protective Services report that advised the offender has been threatening the victims and refusing to leave the residence.
On 11/07/2024
, Detectives Lyons and Roden went to the incident location and spoke with the victims. It was noted that the female victim is 72 years of age and recently had open heart surgery. The victims advised the offender is constantly harassing and intimidating them. The offender has also made multiple threats to physically harm the male victim. The offender lives at the residence and does not contribute to the household at all. Both victims have told the offender to leave the residence and not return. The offender responded that they would have to make him.
Detective Lyons will be applying for warrant for the offender. The interaction with the victims was captured on body cam.

, Detective Lyons obtained warrants for the offender for the listed charges. Later on 11/08/2024
, Detective Lyons and S/A Pendergrass went to the incident location for the execution of the warrants. The offender was located and arrested. Deputy Cheramie transported the offender to jail without incident. The warrants were not entered into GCIC.
