Deputy North arrived and observed the listed offender in the parking lot. The offender was screaming obscenities at the business employees. Deputy North attempted to speak with the offender to see why he was so upset but he kept screaming and not making much sense. The offender then walked toward Lafayette Road and began pacing on the sidewalk still screaming obscenities. Deputy North spoke with the complainant who stated no one at the business knows the offender. Complainant stated the offender pulled into the parking lot at a high rate of speed and exited his vehicle. Complainant stated the offender began cursing at him and threatening to kill him. While Deputy North was speaking to the complainant the offender shouted loudly “You’re gonna die b*tch!”. Deputy North approached the offender and placed him under arrest.The offender was ed, handcuffed behind the back, cuffs checked for fit, and double locked. The offender was placed in the rear seat of the patrol vehicle and seat belted in. The offender was transported to the jail without incident and turned over to the jail staff. The rear seat was checked for contraband before and after transport and nothing was located.The offender’s vehicle was inventoried and released to ABC wrecker service.Deputy North obtained warrants.[End of Narrative][NARRATIVE on February 17, 2025]On 02/17/2025approximately 20 minutes before this call came out Deputy Freeman was driving down Battlefield Parkway in her agency issued patrol vehicle when the listed offender was stopped in his vehicle at Cadence Bank. Deputy Freeman noticed the offender roll his window down and yell something and flip Deputy Freeman off. The offender then quickly drove away and Deputy Freeman lost visual of him.Deputy Freeman then responded to 1502 Lafayette Rd in reference to an irate male causing issues. Deputy Freeman arrived on scene shortly after Deputy North. Upon arrival, Deputy Freeman could see that the offender was the same male from the previous incident. Deputy Freeman observed the offender pacing back and forth yelling. Deputy Freeman then assisted Deputy North with taking the offender in custody. Deputy Freeman stood by with the vehicle and it was turned over to ABC’s Towing.[End of Narrative]. Deputy North responded to the listed address in reference to a disturbance. Deputy North arrived and observed the listed offender in the parking lot. The offender was screaming obscenities at the business employees. Deputy North attempted to speak with the offender to see why he was so upset but he kept screaming and not making much sense.
