Deputy Enloe responded to the address listed above ([100 BLOCK] MOLLY LN, RINGGOLD, GA 30736) for a mental subject call.Deputy Enloe was notified by communications that the offender (caller) was very irate on the phone cussing and yelling at communication staff. The offender stated “”I am sick and I need to go to the hospital at north memorial and I would like to have a ambulance here in 30 minutes if you could arrange that for me.” Communications stated they are not able to schedule things like that and they can sends a ambulance now. The offender stated “I can’t have them come now because I have things I have to do now”.Communication was very polite and instructed that she could call back when the offender needs the ambulance to come. The offender further stated “I don’t have time to speak with a supervisor or who ever, but I am in a war right now……. and I need help and I HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY ALL F*CKING NIGHT LONG, AND I AM SICK OF THIS SH*T AND I’M TRYING TO GET A GOD DAMN AMBULANCE HERE TO HAUL MY A*S UP TO THE F*CKING HOSPITAL”. Communications advised the offender (caller) that they can not schedule a ambulance to come at a later time. The offender hung up on communications.Upon arrival Deputy Enloe spoke with the offender in the living room of the residence. The offender spoke with Deputy Enloe stating that she needed help and wanted EMS. Deputy Enloe asked what was wrong and needed to advise the EMS so they know what to prepare for. The offender stated that she has shortness of breath. Deputy Enloe advised communications and started EMS to the residence. The offender further stated “can you have EMS wait like 30 minutes so I can finish cleaning and get ready”. Deputy Enloe advised the offender we are not waiting to call EMS. The offender stated “OK”.Deputy Enloe noticed the movements and actions from the offender she was very jumpy and would not sit down. Deputy Enloe asked the offender several times if she would sit down. The offender would do so but for only a short amount of time. Deputy Enloe continued to speak with the offender to calm her down. The offender did not want to calm down and advised Deputy Enloe “I can’t calm down” and further stated she was going to leave and take her self to the hospital.Deputy Enloe knew this was not a good idea due to how the offender was acting. The offender became very irate and irritated because EMS was not on scene. Deputy Enloe checked the status of the EMS and was notified by communications that EMS was 5 minutes out. Deputy Enloe relayed this information to the offender. The offender stated “hurry up and get them here”. Deputy Enloe stated that EMS would be at the location shortly.Deputy Enloe was informed by Cpl. Cheramie that this is the second time that we have responded to this residence for the same reasoning and the offender does not need to cuss and scream at communications to get help. Cpl. Cheramie further stated the offender is harassing communications by willfully using opprobrious and abusive language which has no legitimate purpose in relation to imparting information that is relevant.Cpl. Cheramie further stated that if she refuses EMS again then she will be getting charged with Misuse of 9-1-1. Deputy Enloe understood due to getting calls for help and refusing the help. Cpl. Cheramie. Deputy Enloe spoke with the offender and asked when EMS arrives are you going to let them check your vitals and go with EMS to the hospital. The offender stated “what do you think?”. The offender further stated “If I don’t go with you please handcuff me and make me go”. Deputy Enloe responded yes he will.Upon EMS arriving, EMS spoke with Cpl. Cheramie outside the residence. The offender seeing this through the window became even more irate and walked out the door of the residence and pointed at the EMS stating “we don’t have time for this come here and help me”. The offender further stated to Deputy Enloe that she was leaving and did not need EMS to take her. EMS spoke with the offender inside the living room of the residence.The offender demanded that the EMS check her vitals and give her medication that “will knock me out”. EMS stated that they could not give her medication she would have to see a doctor for that. The offender turned around and grabbed a plastic fly swatter and slammed it against the coffee table shattering the fly swatter. The offender stated “I don’t need ya’ll, ya’ll can’t help me”.Deputy Enloe placed the offender under arrest by properly fitted and double locked handcuffs in the rear of the person. Deputy Enloe searched the offender before transport and no contraband was located. Deputy Enloe searched the rear of his patrol unit before transport and no contraband was located. Deputy Enloe searched the rear of his patrol unit after transport and no contraband was located. Deputy Enloe entered the offender in to the Catoosa County Detention Center data base. Deputy Enloe left the offender in the care of the Catoosa County Detention Center staff.Deputy Enloe secured warrants on the offender.[End of Narrative][NARRATIVE #2 on October 28, 2025]On October 28, 2025 at approximately 03:24 EMS responded to [100 BLOCK] Molly Lane in reference to the listed offender having shortness of breath, CFS#2025-079719. In the call for service notes, its shows that EMS requested law enforcement to be en route emergency traffic to assist them. EMS then advised to have law enforcement cancel due to the listed offender kicking them out of the house and refusing treatment.On October 28, 2025 at approximately 10:07 a call was dispatched to Deputy Enloe to the same residence for a suicidal female (offender), CFS#2025-079676. Corporal Cheramie arrived on scene during the call to assist Deputy Enloe. When Corporal Cheramie entered the residence, he noticed that the house was in complete disarray with personal effects thrown throughout the living room as well as an excessive amount of broken glass throughout the living room and kitchen.Corporal Cheramie heard Deputy Enloe ask the offender if she needed medical help and the offender again refused and advised that she had a doctors appointment later in the afternoon. Deputy Enloe provided resources to the offender and he cleared the call.On October 28, 2025 at approximately 13:01 Deputy Enloe was again dispatched to this location for a mental health call for the same listed offender, CFS#2025-079719. Dispatch advised that while taking the call that the offender was cursing at the 911 Operator and demanding that an ambulance be sent to the house in 30 minutes.Corporal Cheramie contacted dispatch via phone on the way to the incident location and the 911 Operator advised that told the offender that she could not schedule an ambulance to arrive to that location that she would have to call when she needed one. The offender did not like that answer and continuously told the 911 Operator “f*ck you” in a harassing manner before ending the phone call.Once on scene, the offender was being loud and cursing, still demanding an ambulance which Deputy Enloe requested and was already en route. Corporal Cheramie spoke with the offenders friend who was on scene and she stated that the offender has been going through mental health issues and getting into a manic state. The friend advised that she is not diagnosed with any disorder but always refuses treatment.She stated that she came to pick the offender up to bring her to her doctors appointment that was mentioned earlier but the offender was on the phone with the doctors office and was cursing at the representative to the point that the representative hung up on the offender. Corporal Cheramie provided the friend with information to the Probate Court in an attempt to file for a 1013 Order.Once EMS arrived on scene, the offender came out of the front door cursing and was upset because Corporal Cheramie was speaking with EMS staff in the front yard. Once we all made it back inside the residence with EMS the offender began screaming and getting irate. She grabbed an electric fly swatter and beat it on the table in an aggressive manner until it shattered and then again, refused treatment by EMS. Corporal Cheramie then handcuffed the offender and she was turned over to Deputy Enloe to be transported to the jail.[End of Narrative].
