Bradshaw responded to the incident location in reference to the offender continuing to call 911. Catoosa 911 advised the offender had called 911 four different times and it was not for emergency services. One occasion Deputy Norton spoke to the offender by a conference phone and she stated she was calling because the male that she lives with would not give her shots of alcohol. Deputy Norton advised her not to call 911 unless it was for an emergency. A short time later she made two more 911 calls but wouldn’t say anything. The offender made four different calls harassing and annoying the 911 operators while trying to perform their duties. Lt Bradshaw made with the offender who was highly intoxicated, and explained to her that she was misusing 911 and placed the offender under arrest.The offender was handcuffed behind the back, cuffs checked for fit, and double locked. The offender was ed for weapons and contraband with nothing found. The offender was placed in the rear seat of the patrol vehicle and seat belted in. The offender was transported to the jail without incident and turned over to the jail staff. The rear seat was checked for contraband before and after transport and nothing was located.Lt. Bradshaw will be applying for a warrant with the Magistrate court.[End of Narrative].
