Discretion is advised.]On May 18, 2025, at approximately 0055 hours, I responded to 412 Adamson Square Suite A (Locomex) in reference to a physical dispute. The complainant said one of the males fighting was leaving with two other males walking toward Carrollton Chophouse. The complainant stated it was a white male wearing a black shirt and blue jeans.While en route, I observed a male matching the description, a white male wearing a black shirt and blue jeans, walking to a vehicle stopped on Barnes Street. I approached the male, Hunter Kimbrell, who stated he did not know anything about a fight. There was another male, [WITNESS #1], wearing a grey shirt and blue jeans with Hunter.I asked [WITNESS #1] about the fight at Locomex, and he said he was not involved. [WITNESS #1] said he was inside getting a drink when the fight happened and never saw the fight.I spoke with Sgt. Uglum, who was reviewing the camera footage on the square. He advised he observed another white male in a pink shirt wearing boots. Hunter flicked a cigarette at the male in the pink shirt and exchanged words appearing to be in a heated argument. Hunter then kicked the pink shirt male’s leg and he and [WITNESS #1] continued having a verbal dispute with the male in the pink shirt. Hunter walked away took a swig of his drink, and spit it in the male’s face. He advised another white male with a beard in a button-up shirt later identified as, Corey Batson, and then started a physical fight with the male in the pink shirt by running at him and throwing a closed fist punch causing a physical fight to ensue.At this point, I noticed another male was sitting in the back of the vehicle that Hunter had been walking toward. I knocked on the vehicle’s door, and a male, Corey Batson, wearing a button-up shirt and bleeding from his arms, stepped out of the vehicle. Corey admitted to being involved in the fight.I placed Hunter under arrest for Disorderly Conduct Provoking and Engaging C66-7(A)(4) for kicking the other male’s boots and spitting in his face. I handcuffed Hunter behind his back, checked for fit, and double-locked the handcuffs.Ofc. Kelly put Corey under arrest for Disorderly Conduct Provoking and Engaging C66-7(A)(4) for getting in a physical fight with the other male.I transported Hunter to the Carroll County Jail, where he was turned over to jail staff for processing.[End of Narrative].
