Discretion is advised.]On 04/06/2025, I responded to 801 Northside Drive in reference to a hit and run (Accident Report 25040806).Upon arrival, I spoke with [VICTIM #1], who was driving his tan GMC Sierra pickup truck (GA# [REDACTED]) on Bankhead Highway and was stopped in the left turn lane at its intersection with the Highway 166 Bypass.[VICTIM #1] stated that his vehicle was struck from the rear by a white utility van. [VICTIM #1] said he exited his vehicle to speak to the driver. [VICTIM #1] stated that the driver of the white utility van put the vehicle in reverse. [VICTIM #1] said he attempted to stop the van from leaving the scene by putting his arms out in front of the vehicle and yelling. [VICTIM #1] stated that he saw the driver smile and then proceeded to drive into [VICTIM #1], causing him to roll up on the van’s hood. [VICTIM #1] advised the suspect was a young hispanic male with dark hair and a worn-out red ball cap.[VICTIM #1] was checked by EMS and did not have any apparent injuries, but had some pain in his right arm. [VICTIM #1] said this was the arm that initially was struck by the van. I told [VICTIM #1] to keep an eye on his arm and body and advise us if bruises or other injuries developed later.[VICTIM #1]’s children, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] were inside of the truck with him and were not injured. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told the same story as [VICTIM #1] and saw the van strike him.At approximately 1826 hours, another call regarding a hit and run was dispatched to Officer Kirby on North Lakeshore Drive, involving a white utility van. (Accident Report 25040808)Officers were able to locate a suspect vehicle on Flock at Rome Street @ Abby Lane (GA# [REDACTED]) which matched the description of the suspect vehicle and had front-end damage consistent with the previous hit-and- run incidents.The tag returned to a white Chevrolet Express van, belonging to Aubrey Silvery Enterprise Inc. in Carrollton. Officers ed the company and made with [WITNESS #1] [REDACTED BY AGENCY] [WITNESS #1] was able to provide the identity of who was in possession of the van at the time: Eulisas Triguoros [REDACTED].Later, officers were able to locate the suspect vehicle at [200 BLOCK] Brumbelow Road.Eulisas was placed under arrest for the following:DUI – Alcohol Less safe 40-6-391A1Two counts of Hit and Run Causing Damage or Injury 40-6-270Driving While License Suspended or Revoked 40-5-121Officers attempted to retrieve camera footage from Flock condor cameras and Carrollton Fire Station 24, but were unsuccessful. Due to a lack of probable cause, Eulisas was not charged with Aggravated Assault at this time.Images from both accidents, Flock hits, and other images have been added via the Linked Files Tab.[End of Narrative].
