On October 05, 2024
, at approximately 04:02 hours, I, Deputy Eidson, was dispatched to [500 BLOCK] Prater Road in reference to a domestic dispute. While en-route dispatch advised the altercation was between a female (identified as Ellen Crews) and a male (Identified as [VICTIM ]). Dispatch also advised Ellen stated she was being thrown around the residence and choked. Dispatch explained Ellen was using vulgar profanities on the phone with them such as “Bich”, “Fuk”, and “ashole”. Dispatch would later on advise Ellen would not separate herself from [VICTIM ] and [VICTIM ] left the scene on foot prior to my arrival. Upon my arrival, I met with Ellen. It should be noted Ellen was extremely intoxicated and admitted to driving intoxicated before her and [VICTIM ] arrived at their residence. Ellen explained her and [VICTIM ] engaged in a verbal argument about the topic of transsexuals. Ellen explained [VICTIM ] grew agitated and Ellen stated to him “what you have a cck” before grabbing his peis. Ellen explained when she did this; [VICTIM ] grabbed her by the throat, slammed on her the wall, and began to choke her. Ellen advised she fell to the ground and was able to break free from [VICTIM ]. Ellen advised [VICTIM ] began to walk away and into the living room so she followed. Ellen explained she was yelling profanities at [VICTIM ] while following him and he pushed her away from him. It should be noted, due to how intoxicated Ellen was, she would have to repeat her story multiple times for me to understand and while doing so, she would drink multiple shots of Titos liquor. While conversing with Ellen, she stated [VICTIM ] and her were living together for eight years. After looking at the wall where Ellen said she was thrown at and her neck where she stated she was choked multiple times, I did not observe any markings on Ellen or damage to the wall. While attempting to take photographs of Ellen, she proceeded to pull her shorts up and insist of me photographing her behind. I denied. Photographs of Ellen have been taken and uploaded to this report under the “Linked Files” tab. While conversing with Ellen she stated she did not wish to fill out a statement form. Ellen would state multiple times “Take me the fuk to jail” after multiple times of Deputy Jordan and I telling we did not wish to do so. Ellen stated “Can I show you how I grabbed him” referring to [VICTIM ]. While doing so, Ellen would reach towards the direction of my genitals to which I leaned myself away and stated “No”. At this point, Ellen would state multiple times “Take me to fu*king jail” and “You gonna take me to jail”. I stated multiple times “No” however she insisted I take her to jail. I attempted to provide Ellen a case card to which she grabbed the case card and dropped it on the floor of the residence. While I was explaining to Ellen on how to obtain her report, Ellen stated “You want me to try to fight you so I go to jail”. I said “no ma’am please don’t try to fight me” to which she replied “If I fight you I can go to jail right?” Again I replied “Please don’t ma’am”.
I explained to Ellen Deputy Jordan and I was going to leave the residence before she tried to fight us to which she ran in front of us and blocked our way out of the residence with her body. I explained to Ellen she needed to move to which she refused. Deputy Jordan and I moved Ellen from the doorway in attempt to exit the residence. While exiting the residence, Ellen stated “No I’m gonna fight yall”. I relocated to my patrol vehicle and tried to enter it and at the same time, Ellen would open my back door and try to sit in the vehicle. After instructing Ellen to get out of my vehicle and stating “get away from my vehicle, that’s a lawful order”. Ellen tried to gain access to my patrol vehicle once more.
I secured Ellen to the rear in double-locked handcuffs, which were checked for proper fit. Ellen was ed incident to arrest which yielded no contraband. Ellen was seated in my patrol vehicle without further incident. Ellen was transported to The Carroll County Jail for processing, housing, and booking under OCGA 16-11-39. A Carroll County warrant has been signed and awaits a judge’s signature.
