I then identified myself as a police officer and asked Abrams to calm down lower his voice and stop using the profanity several times. He refused to lower his voice and stop the profanity so he was taken in to custody for Disorderly Conduct city ordnance C074-4. Abrams was cuffed to the rear and double locked then placed into the back of a pre ed patrol car. I then transported Abrams to the Burke County Detention Center for booking.[End of Narrative].
