On September 26th, 2024
Sgt. Stokes responded to [5600 BLOCK] Dixon Road within Macon-Bibb County/ Lizella Georgia in reference to domestic dispute.
Upon arrival I met with Ms. [VICTIM ]. She advised that her son Todd Freeman jumped on her at their located at [5800 BLOCK] Rogers Road also within Lizella (Macon-Bibb County). She advised that he knocked her down to the floor, slapped her face, choked her, and punched her in the face.
Ms. [VICTIM ] had visible injuries to her head, face, and neck. Ms. [VICTIM ] had visible injuries to her eyes consistent with being strangled. Ms. [VICTIM ] was transported to the hospital by ambulance for treatment for her injuries.
