, I Deputy A. Mitchell 340 responded to 1900 Wesleyan Drive (Falls at Spring Creek) in reference to Domestic Disturbance. Upon arrival, I met with [VICTIM ] who advised me that her boyfriend, Peyton Johnson, had choked her. [VICTIM ] stated to me that she and Peyton went out to the clubs, and she gave her cards, money, and purse to him to hold since they were out.
[VICTIM ] advised me that she and Peyton had been dating for ten years on and off. [VICTIM ] advised me that around 1100 hours, she woke up and started to get dressed because they had to get their day started and Peyton was already up. [VICTIM ] stated that Peyton owed her money and she asked for it. However, he kept stating that he would send the money. [VICTIM ] stated she could already see that he was upset about something, so she got dressed and went to the store and came back.
When she came back, she stated that Peyton pushed past her causing her to loosen balance, so she bumped him back which is when [VICTIM ] and Peyton began tussling inside of the bedroom. [VICTIM ] stated that they fell on the bed continuing to tussle and they fell on the floor which is when Peyton got on top of her and began choking her and pining her down. She advised that she did not lose consciousness, however she could not breathe.
[VICTIM ] stated that Peyton left the scene and began jumping on her vehicle bearing Florida tag [REDACTED] Mercedes Bens C300 which did not come back to [VICTIM ] which I did not have probable cause to prosecute Criminal Damage to Property at this time. Warrants will be issued for Aggravated Assault- Strangulation.
