I was dispatched to [2100 BLOCK] Roosevelt Ave in reference to a fight.When I arrived on scene I made with [VICTIM ]. [VICTIM ] was bleeding from his head and had a shirt on his head trying to stop the bleeding. [VICTIM ] stated that he and Michael Jenkins had gotten into a physical fight and they have had issues with each other in the past.. He stated that Michael had walked by him and bumped him with his shoulder. He stated that Michael then swung a cooler he had in his hands and tried to hit him with the cooler. He stated that he ducked the punched Michael in the face and they started to fight each other. He stated that the fight ended and Michael left. [VICTIM ] stated that Michael came back and hit him in the head with a brick. He stated that Michael then hit his car with the brick and left. [VICTIM ] did have a very large open and bloody wound on the top of his head.[WITNESS ] was on scene and stated that he did see Michael Jenkins Jr hit [VICTIM ] in the head with a brick.Michael Jenkins Jr did commit the offense of O.C.G.A (16-5-21) aggravated assault when he hit [VICTIM ] in the head with a brick. An ambulance arrived on scene and transported [VICTIM ] to the hospital. Warrants will be issued for Michael Jenkins.[VICTIM ] was given an informational brochure with the case number written on it.[End of Narrative].
