at 1200 hours I (Deputy A. Walker 329) responded to [800 BLOCK] E Street Macon Georgia 31206 in reference to a domestic. Upon arrival, I spoke with the complainant identified as [VICTIM ]. [VICTIM ] stated that her child’s father identified as Micah Davis came to her apartment banging on her door. [VICTIM ] stated that when she opened the front door Davis mashed her in the face.
[VICTIM ] then went upstairs to grab her bathrobe and went back downstairs to open the door so Davis could leave and that is when Davis started hitting her in the face, he then threw a cigarette burning her on the neck. [VICTIM ] asked Davis several times to leave but he proceeded to push [VICTIM ] outside, choke her and bite her on her left thumb. [VICTIM ] and Davis’ son were present during the time of the incident.
[VICTIM ] was advised to obtain a TPO against Davis and was given the victim’s case pamphlet. Nothing further to report at this time. Warrants to be taken.

at 1535 hours I (Deputy A. Walker 329) went to 3086 Mercer University Driver (Motorworks Auto Sales) in reference to serving warrants on Davis. I made with Davis and at this point I advised him that he was under arrest for battery family violence and cruelty to children, I then provided my beginning and ending mileage to dispatch and transported Davis without incident to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Center, where he was released to the jail staff for booking.
