Walker 329) responded to [1700 BLOCK] Third Avenue Macon Georgia 31201 in reference to shots fired.Upon arrival, I spoke with the complainant identified as [VICTIM ]. [VICTIM ] stated that he was told by his landlord identified as [REDACTED] to turn off the bathroom heater and as he was explaining that to the suspect identified as Kendrall Madison, Madison attacked him. [VICTIM ] stated that while he and Madison were fighting in the hallway the other tenants identified as [WITNESS ] and [WITNESS ] called [REDACTED] as well as the police. [VICTIM ] stated that after he and Madison stopped fighting he went to barricade himself in his room and that is when Madison fired a shot through his bedroom door before fleeing on foot heading in an unknown direction.Shortly after Madison was located in the area and detained by other responding deputies after a short foot chase. At this point, the handcuffs were checked for fit double locked and a thorough of Madison was conducted before placing him in the backseat of my marked patrol car. I provided my beginning mileage to dispatch and transported Madison to the Bibb County LEC where he was turned over to the jail staff for booking. The firearm and shell casing were placed into evidence at the crime lab.Warrants to be taken.[End of Narrative].
