Mr. Nicholson stated that he was at [4100 BLOCK] Worsham Avenue with Ms. Jessica Smith in a rented Uhaul when three male subject were and a female subject pulled up in a black vehicle and approached him with guns drawn. Mr. Nicholson stated that the subjects demanded the Uhaul and made him leave. Mr. Nicholson stated that the Uhaul would be located on Villa Esta Avenue.Sgt. Moore and other units made with the vehicle and suspects at [600 BLOCK] Villa Esta Avenue. Mr. Robert Nicholson was detained due to the Uhaul coming back as stolen out of Warner Robins. A stolen firearm was also found inside of the Uhaul. All subject were detained and transported to the Bibb County L.E.C. Sgt. Moore will be taking over this case.
