The female was identified as Gabryana Tolbert. The female standing at the door was identified as [VICTIM ].[VICTIM ] stated that Gabryana Tolbert came to the residence where she knocked over the trash can of the property causing it to spill in the street and into the yard. [VICTIM ] stated that this incident stemmed from a previous argument that Gabryana Tolbert had with her son, [REDACTED].While standing at the scene Gabryana Tolbert had the smell of alcohol on her breath and person. Gabryana Tolbert was acting disorderly while cursing and yelling at the residents of the property. Gabryana Tolbert was threatening to fight the residents of the while law enforcement was on scene. At that time Gabryana Tolbert was taken into custody and transported to the Bibb County LEC in reference to this incident.[End of Narrative].
