She stated her niece and nephew came to her apartment threatening to kill her with firearms. Her niece, Frantoryah Boston pulled out a firearm and said something about Ms [VICTIM ] sent DFACS to her house. Ms. [VICTIM ] nephew, Frank Boston pulled out a gun and said “Bith what you wanna do bith I’ll kill you”.Ms. [VICTIM ] stated Timeyah Gilbert and Timiyah Gilbert (whom are twins) had bats and was trying to hit her ([VICTIM ]) she stated they was saying they were gonna beat her a*s and hitting her car. Ms [VICTIM ] stated her and her son ([REDACTED]) got in her car trying to leave the scene and Frantoryah was following them. Ms. [VICTIM ] stated Frantoryah rammed into her car causing severe damage.
