Discretion is advised.]On Thursday June 20 2024at approximately 1024 hours I Deputy Baltimore was dispatch to [4400 BLOCK] Tech Drive in reference to a Domestic Disturbance.I made with Ms. [VICTIM ] who stated that she was physically assaulted by her boyfriend Mr. Dvonta Williams at his this morning over a argument that transpired last night.Ms. [VICTIM ] stated that she went to hi s to talk to him and he sated he did not want to talk, she stated e asked her to come to the back of the house because he didnt have any clothes on and did not want to get up, she stated when she turned out to leave he hit her with his gun multiple times for no reason and then she ran out the to the next door neighbors.She was assisted by the neighbor Ms. [WITNESS ] who stated she heard the noise and came out her and called BSO, whilehe altercation was going on Ms. [VICTIM ] stated she was on the phone with her brother Mr. [WITNESS ] who stated he just heard her screaming while on the phone and she was saying he was hitting her.was made with Mr Williams and he was detained, he did have a small fire arm in his pocket but there was no evidence that the firearm had been use in the altercation. He stated she came to his while he was sleep came intot the house with a knife in her hand saying he was not going to leave her. Mr. William did admit to hitting her in the face to defend himself but did not use the fire arm.The firearm was ran through NCIC and came back NSR, it will be place into the crime lab as evidence. Ms. [VICTIM ] did have a laceration to her lip and a swolen right side of her face, EMS arrived to check her out but she refused to be taken to be checked up.Mr. Williamsa was transported to the Bibb LEC with out incident, while being checked in medical it was stated because he has to get insulin 3 times a week he was defered out of the jail, he was transported abck to his house and a warrant will be taken out on Mr. Williams.[End of Narrative].
