In response to a domestic dispute at [200 BLOCK] Tributary Ct I met with [VICTIM ].
[VICTIM ] stated that her husband, Brian Dumas, attacked her. [VICTIM ] stated that Brian Dumas was upset about one of the children leaving food in the garage after eating dinner. [VICTIM ] stated that Brian Dumas came into the and started arguing with her. [VICTIM ] stated that the the argument became physical and Brian Dumas started choking her. [VICTIM ] stated that Brian Dumas’ sister, [REDACTED], had to intervene and pull Brian Dumas off of her. [VICTIM ] stated that Brian Dumas left the scene after she called for law enforcement to the . [VICTIM ] stated that she was in fear for her safety after the attack and packed up the children in the to go to a separate location. [REDACTED] was on the phone with Brian Dumas outside the but did not allow me to speak with him.
A warrant will be issued for Brian Dumas in reference to this incident. A case card was issued to [VICTIM ] to document this incident.
