Vonderhuevel, was dispatched to the cross street of Newburg and Houston Ave in reference to shots fired.Upon my arrival dispatch notified me that a female complainant had called stating she had been the one shot at and wanted to meet at a separate location. Upon arrival to the intersection of Byrd Ave and Hillridge Dr. I met with [VICTIM ] who stated she had been driving on Newburg heading toward Pio Nono when she saw her girlfriends brother Antonio Jackson walking up Newburg toward Houston Ave. [VICTIM ] stated when Antonio saw her he raised a firearm and fired five times with one striking her front driver side tire. She began to accelerate but in doing so with a flat hit the curb. She then fled the area in her vehicle until deputies could respond and talk with her.After taking her statement I returned to the scene of the incident and located four .380 shell casings which were to be logged into the Crime Lab.[End of Narrative].
