On July 4th, 2024
at or about 8 P.M. I responded to [6300 BLOCK] Thomaston Road lot [REDACTED] within Macon-Bibb County in reference to a person cut.
Upon arrival I met with Ms. [WITNESS ] as EMS was treating Mr. [VICTIM ] who had a cut/stab wound on his right forearm. Ms. [WITNESS ] stated that she and her husband Mr. [VICTIM ] went to pick up several friends to include [REDACTED] and Manuel. Once at their residence [REDACTED] and Manuel got into an altercation when Mr. [VICTIM ] went to intervene and was stabbed in the right forearm by Manuel. After stabbing Mr. [VICTIM ], Manuel fled the scene through the woods behind the . Other responding Deputies and I canvassed the area looking for Manuel but he could not be located. Mr. [VICTIM ] was transported to the hospital via ambulance. Investigator Shockley responded.
Ms. [WITNESS ] speaks little Spanish. Mr. [REDACTED], Mr. [VICTIM ], and Manuel all reportedly speak very little English. Crime victim case cards given.
