I, Deputy Puckett, was dispatched to speak with [VICTIM ] via phone in reference to a possible domestic altercation. I attempted to have Bartow E-911 patch me through to [VICTIM ] but was unable to make with her.
A short time later, I was advised that [VICTIM ] was with Cherokee County Deputies within Cherokee County. [VICTIM ] agreed to meet with me in reference to filing a report on the incident.
[VICTIM ]’s recollection of events is as follows.
[VICTIM ] was previously in a relationship with Tucker Harris. The two of them were together for approximately 2 years and lived together for most of that time. During the relationship, the two of them had daughter, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Tucker does not see [REDACTED BY AGENCY] very often and it was noted that the most recent date that he spent time with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was 07/02/2024

[VICTIM ] had allowed Tucker to keep [REDACTED BY AGENCY] for the day at his mother, [WITNESS ]’s, residence which is located at [4100 BLOCK] New Hope Church Rd. Throughout the day Tucker and [VICTIM ] were communicating in reference to visitation between Tucker and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] [VICTIM ] said that the conversation’s they were having were mostly cordiale, but did turn into slight arguments.
[VICTIM ] arrives at [4100 BLOCK] New Hope Church Rd to pick up [REDACTED BY AGENCY] at approximately 2045 on 09/10/2024
. [VICTIM ] enters the residence and begins to interact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] before beginning to walk about the residence, gathering [REDACTED BY AGENCY] things. Tucker offers to walk [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to [VICTIM ]’s vehicle, a white in color 2021 Tesla Model V with GA tag [REDACTED]. [VICTIM ] tells Tucker that she has a “friend” in the car. Tucker immediately gets angry and begins yelling while demanding to know whether of not the “friend” is a male or female. Tucker gets closer to [VICTIM ] while yelling and she is able to see a white powder like substance in his nose. [VICTIM ] confronts Tucker about the paowder like substance and tucker grows even more enraged. [VICTIM ] quickly gathers [REDACTED BY AGENCY] items and picks [REDACTED BY AGENCY] up to take her to the car.
Tucker follows [VICTIM ] outside while she is carrying [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to the car. Tucker is yelling and cursing at [VICTIM ] and the “friend”, [VICTIM ]. Tucker tries to demand that [VICTIM ] exit the vehicle so that they can physically fight. [VICTIM ] does not exit vehicle. [WITNESS ] begins yelling at Tucker to stop and go back inside of the residence. Tucker did stop yelling and returned inside of the house. [VICTIM ] believed the altercation to be over and continued trying to secure [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in her car seat. Tucker then returned from inside of the residence and appeared to be concealing something with his hand inside of his right ant pocket. Tucker then presents a handgun and points the handgun toward the Tesla, [VICTIM ], [VICTIM ], and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] While presenting the handgun, Tucker continued to challenge [VICTIM ]’s being with [VICTIM ].
[VICTIM ], in fear for the safety of everyone within the Tesla, does not finish securing [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in her car seat. Instead, she gets into the passenger seat of the Tesla and they are able to flee the property.
[VICTIM ]’s recollection of events is as follows.
[VICTIM ] and [VICTIM ] have been in a dating relationship since 06/01/2024

Throughout the day of 09/10/2024
, Tucker was continually ing [VICTIM ] via phone in reference to visitation with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] The conversation was simply a conversation at first but grew into an argument. [VICTIM ] drives [VICTIM ] to pick up [REDACTED BY AGENCY] from [WITNESS ]’s residence and believed that Tucker may have observed him in the car.
[VICTIM ] exits the residence with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and Tucker is behind them. [VICTIM ] believed that Tucker was coming out to assist with getting [REDACTED BY AGENCY] into the vehicle. Tucker and [VICTIM ] then have a brief exchange of words. Following the exchange of words, Tucker pushed [VICTIM ]. [VICTIM ] was still holding [REDACTED BY AGENCY] at this time and [VICTIM ] turned her body so that the push would not directly [REDACTED BY AGENCY] [VICTIM ] could see that Tucker was yelling something but could not clearly make out the words that were being said. During this argument, [WITNESS ] begins to yell at Tucker and Tucker walks quickly into the residence. [VICTIM ] believed Tucker was going inside of the residence to “get something” and began trying to hurry [VICTIM ] into the car. [VICTIM ] said she thought that Tucker was simply going inside due to [WITNESS ]’s yelling at him and did not get in a bigger hurry.
Tucker returned to the yard/driveway and appeared to be attempting to conceal something with his right hand within his right pant pocket. Tucker Then presented a handgun and pointed toward the Tesla, [VICTIM ], [VICTIM ], and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] [VICTIM ] began to yell at [VICTIM ] that Tucker had a gun and that she needed to get into the car. [VICTIM ] did get into the car and they were able to leave the property.
While I was speaking with [VICTIM ], [VICTIM ] advised us that Tucker was calling her phone and I advised both of them not to answer.
[VICTIM ] was able to show me text messages between her and Tucker since the incident. In the messages Tucker apologizes to [VICTIM ] for his behavior. [VICTIM ] confronts him about the handgun and he does not deny it, but simply apologizes.
[VICTIM ] and [VICTIM ] were interviewed about the incident separately.
Both [VICTIM ] and [VICTIM ] were able to identify the firearm as a handgun, however, neither was able to provide a further description due to the lighting conditions.
[VICTIM ] was advised that the offenses toward her and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] were Family Violence and that I would be pursuing criminal charges on their behalf. [VICTIM ] was provided Family Violence pamphlets and her case number.
[VICTIM ] was advised that the offenses toward him were not Family Violence. [VICTIM ] advised me that he did wish to pursue criminal charges. [VICTIM ] was provided his case number.
I was able to speak with [WITNESS ] at [4100 BLOCK] New Hope Church Rd. [WITNESS ] advised me that Tucker was no longer at the residence. [WITNESS ] said that Tucker left shortly following the incident and that he took an Uber back to Atlanta.
The text messages were recorded on my Body Worn Camera. Warrants will be secured for Tucker.
