On July 12, 2024
, I was dispatched to [20 BLOCK] Red Top Cir, Emerson GA, in reference to a theft report.
Upon arrival, I spoke with [VICTIM ]. He stated that he wanted to file a theft report for two guns and some wedding bands. He said he had just finished with a divorce and he believes his now ex-wife Brittany Blevins still has items which she was ordered by the court to return to him. He says if she doesn’t have them she might have sold or pawned them. He said he didn’t see Brittany take the items but he said that she was the last person to have them.
He gave me the description of two guns one a Smith & Wesson 357 Magnum and the other a Glock 26. He said he does not have the serial numbers for the guns at this time. He also said she might have his deceased wife’s wedding/engagement ring combo which is “welded” together. He valued the ring set at $4,000.00, the Glock at $550.00, and the Smith & Wesson at $1,000.00.
He sent me a picture of the rings which I added to the attached documents of this report.
Case left active for further investigation.
