Discretion is advised.]On Monday, February 3rd, 2025at approximately 21:35 hours Sgt. Wolfe W160 and I Officer Morgan W115 were dispatched to Senor Tequila 137 East May Street, Winder GA. A caller stated that his ex-girlfriend came into the restaurant and hit him in the back of the head. Dispatch told us that he denied any medical service. Dispatch advised us that the ex-girlfriend left the scene and was headed West on E May Street.Once arriving at Senor Tequila Sgt. Wolfe and I Officer Morgan walked up to the front of the restaurant where we met the caller later identified as [VICTIM ]. I, Officer Morgan asked Mr. [VICTIM ] what happened tonight. Mr. [VICTIM ] stated that he just got off work and had come up to Senor Tequila to get some dinner. He also stated that his ex-fiancé later identified as Kristina Power tried to call him but he didn’t answer the phone, and while eating dinner Ms. Power walked up to him slapped him on the back of the head, and started to scream and yell at Mr. [VICTIM ]. Mr. [VICTIM ] stated that he told Ms. Power to leave, but Ms. Power stated that she would not leave. Mr. [VICTIM ] was asked by the employees to go outside. While Mr. [VICTIM ] and Ms. Power were outside, Ms. Power wanted Mr. [VICTIM ] to hit her while she was screaming at him. Mr. [VICTIM ] stated that Ms. Power finally left so he could walk back inside Senor Tequila to call 911.After speaking with Mr. [VICTIM ] I asked him if he would fill out a statement form for me. Mr. [VICTIM ] told me he would. Sgt. Wolfe stayed with Mr. [VICTIM ] while I walked back to patrol car 384 to get a statement form once getting back with the statement form Sgt. Wolfe advised me he spoke with Mr. [VICTIM ] who stated that Ms. Power and Mr. [VICTIM ] did not live together and were just ex-fiancés and did not share any children together. While I Officer Morgan told Mr. [VICTIM ] to fill out the statement form. Sgt. Wolfe and I Officer Morgan asked if Mr. [VICTIM ] wanted to press charges on Ms. Power. Mr. [VICTIM ] said he didn’t want to press charges on Ms. Power but at least make a report of the incident.Sgt. Wolfe and I Officer Morgan walked into Senor Tequila to speak with anyone who witnessed the incident. An employee named [WITNESS ] stated that a woman later identified as Ms. Power walked in and asked her “WHERE IS THAT MOTHER FU*KER” as she proceed to walk to the bar yelling and screaming. Ms. [WITNESS ] stated she heard what appeared to be someone smacking someone. Ms. [WITNESS ] stated that Ms. Power continued to yell and scream at him. Ms. [WITNESS ] walked up to Mr. [VICTIM ] and Ms. Power and asked them to go outside.After speaking with Ms. [WITNESS ] Sgt. Wolfe and I Officer Morgan discussed what charges we could press on Ms. Power since she came into a business during hours yelling and screaming at Mr. [VICTIM ] causing a scene. Sgt. Wolfe and I Officer Morgan decided we were going to charge her for Disorderly Conduct and Disturbing The Peace. Sgt. Wolfe and I Officer Morgan walked back out to Mr. [VICTIM ] and asked him again if he didn’t want to press charges against Ms. Power. Mr. [VICTIM ] advised us that he did not want to press any charges. Sgt Wolfe advised Mr. [VICTIM ] that Ms. Power was going to jail tonight for Disorderly Conduct and Disturbing The Peace. I Officer Morgan gave Mr. [VICTIM ] a business card with the case number on it (2025-00005133). Mr. [VICTIM ] advised Sgt. Wolfe and I Officer Morgan that he didn’t want Ms. Power to him anymore.Sgt. Wolfe and I Officer Morgan Headed to [300 BLOCK] Harrison Lane, Winder Ga 30680 where Officer Pierce found the silver Honda Accord with a GA tag [REDACTED] that Ms. Power was driving at the time. After arriving at the residence [300 BLOCK] Harrison Lane, Winder GA. Sgt. Wolfe, Officer Pierce, and I Officer walked to the front door to make with Ms. Power. After knocking on the front door an older woman identified as the mother of Ms. Power walked to the front door. Sgt. Wolfe asked her if Kristina was . Ms. Powers’ mother stated she was, Sgt. Wolfe asked if we could speak with Ms. Power. After the mother brought Ms. Power to Sgt. Wolfe, Officer Pierce, and I Officer Morgan. I placed Ms. Power into double-locked handcuffs behind her back. I Officer Morgan radioed into dispatch that I had one Female in custody. Sgt. Wolfe asked Ms. Power if she wanted to bring anything with her to jail. Ms. Power only asked to get some shoes, so we let the mother bring her some shoes to wear.I walked Ms. Power to the front patrol car 384 where I activated my patrol car camera to Ms. Power for weapons, contraband, and means of escape. I did not find any weapons, contraband, or means of escape on her person. After ing Ms. Power incident to arrest I walked her to the passenger side of my patrol car 384 and placed her in the back seat with a shoulder and lap belt. After placing her in a shoulder and lap belt I read Ms. Power a Miranda card. After reading her the Miranda card she refused to talk to me. I advised Ms. Power she was being arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Disturbing The Peace.Once arriving at the Barrow County Detention Center I filled out an Arrest report, Which I turned over to the Barrow County staff. I checked the back seat before and after releasing Ms. Power for weapons, contraband, and means of escape. I did not find any weapons contraband, or means of escape.I cited Ms. Power for Disorderly Conduct citation number (WC73383)I cited Ms. Power for Disturbing The Peace citation number (WC73384)[End of Narrative].
