I was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Degrandis Lane in reference to a trespassing incident.
Upon my arrival, I made contact with Marissa Taylor on the road in front of [100 BLOCK] Degrandis Lane. Sergeant Robinson was already on the scene and went to the residence to speak with [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] informed Sergeant Robinson she wanted Marissa Taylor removed and trespassed from her property. Marissa was advised she was being trespassed from the property at [100 BLOCK] Degrandis Lane.
Marissa stated she was not leaving because she is homeless had nowhere to go. Marissa was advised that I could escort her to another location, but she declined. [REDACTED] arrived in his truck and offered to take Marissa with him. Marissa also declined to leave with [REDACTED]. Marissa was handed a trespass notice for [100 BLOCK] Degrandis Lane. Marissa stated she was not leaving. During the entire incident, Marissa was yelling and cursing while standing in the roadway. Sergeant Robinson and I instructed her multiple times to stop yelling and cursing. Marissa did not comply. Marissa stated she would punch [REDACTED] if she left with him.
Marissa Taylor was placed under arrest and put in the back of my patrol vehicle. She was transported to the jail and turned over to the jail staff with a completed arrest/booking sheet.
I issued one citation for county ordinance 34-31: Disorderly Conduct, and will secure a warrant for Criminal Trespass.
