Lane stated Beaty began to smoke a cigarette inside the residence to which he advised her not to smoke inside. Lane advised Beaty purposely put out the cigarette on his bed. Lane advised Beaty was not leaving the location, so he began to throw out her belongings, shoved her out, and began to call Law Enforcement Officers. Lane stated while he was throwing out her belongings, she knocked over his motorcycle which was sitting on the rear porch, in front of the rear door and causing damage.I contacted Beaty who stated Lane texted her earlier this morning to arrive at this residence to retrieve her belongings. Beaty advised while inside the residence she began to smoke a cigarette and when asked to put it out she accidentally dropped it which landed on Lane’s sheets. Beaty advised Lane became agitated and started to throw her belongings out of the house from the rear entrance of the home and pushed her out of the home. Beaty stated she was upset and pushed Lane’s motorcycle down to the ground and admitted it was wrong for her to do so.Upon arrival, I observed Lane throwing out items out of the rear entrance of the home. I contacted both parties separately and was able to obtain probable cause for both subjects. Both subjects were transported to Baldwin County Law Enforcement Center, 119 Old Monticello Road without incident. A warrant for simple battery family violence was secured on Lane. A warrant for criminal trespass family violence was secured on Beaty and booked in for the active warrant for her arrest out of Macon Georgia.[End of Narrative].
