[VICTIM #2] stated that while she was shopping, she observed a black male wearing grey sweat pants and a white tank top, wandering around inside the store. [VICTIM #2] stated she saw the male with his pants down, and he had an erection. [VICTIM #2] stated that the male was walking back and forth between the aisles, and she was uncomfortable. [VICTIM #2] went to the manager and informed her of the situation. [VICTIM #2] stated that the male was asked to leave and left, but she did not see which direction he went.I informed both [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2] a report will be filed.
