Discretion is advised.]On this date 05/26/2025 I was dispatched to [500 BLOCK] Townsend Road in reference to welfare check for a female that fled from a dispute that occurred at [100 BLOCK] Colbury Street. Upon my arrival, I spoke with [VICTIM #1].[VICTIM #1] stated that she arrived at the [100 BLOCK] Colbury Street to speak with her boyfriend, Chibueze Okezie. [VICTIM #1] advised an incident occurred between them in Rockdale County, Georgia on 05/24/2025. From this incident Rockdale County secured warrants for Aggravated Assault, False Imprisonment, Terroristic Threats, Criminal Damage to Property in the 2nd, and Transmission of Nude or Explicit Images. [VICTIM #1] explained that Chibueze wanted her to come to his house so they could talk about [VICTIM #1] dropping the charges that were taken in Rockdale County. [VICTIM #1] said when she got into the residence Chibueze became irate with her over the warrants that were taken in Rockdale County. [VICTIM #1] stated she attempted to leave the residence to separate herself from Chibueze; however, Chibueze chased her down and drug her back into the residence against her will.[VICTIM #1] explained that when she got back into the residence she “curled into a ball while he (Chibueze) took his frustration out.” [VICTIM #1] advised she was unable to see exactly how Chibueze was striking her; however, she could feel it. [VICTIM #1] said that Chibueze moved her keys, notepad, and shoes then told her to take a shower. [VICTIM #1] stated when she heard Chibueze get into his shower she ran out of the residence again through the woods till she could find help finally arriving at [500 BLOCK] Townsend Road. While speaking with [VICTIM #1] I asked if she had any marks from this incident. [VICTIM #1] showed me several marks on her back, torso, leg, head, and teeth. [VICTIM #1] said that during the physical altercation one of her teeth were cracked. Photos of all visible injuries as well as [VICTIM #1]’s cracked tooth were taken and will be attached to this report. I notified my supervision of my findings from my interview with [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] advised she was willing to press charges for this incident.Myself and assisting deputies attempted to make contact with Chibueze at his residence after [VICTIM #1] was transported to the Paulding County Wellstar Hospital for further evaulation by Metro #805. Deputy C. Cruz #1210 made contact with Chibueze via phone call. Chibueze advised he was in Cobb County and could not speak with us. Deputies remained on scene for several minutes to see if Chibueze would exit the residence. Chibueze did not exit the residence while deputies were on scene. Warrants for Kidnapping (F), Aggravated Battery (F), and Battery (m) will be applied for from this incident.It should be noted that while speaking with [VICTIM #1] I asked her if Chibueze had any firearms inside of the residence. [VICTIM #1] advised she was not exactly sure how many weapons Chibueze has access to inside the residence but she believes that he has access to a shotgun, an AK style rifle, and a handgun. It is worth noting in our CAD history Chibueze’s vehicle a gray Dodge Charger GA tag # [REDACTED] has two separate incidents where the his vehicle allegedly pointed a handgun at other drivers on state roadway.[End of Narrative].
