Discretion is advised.]On March 19th, 2025, I responded to [50 BLOCK] Oak Point Ct. Dallas GA, 30157, in reference to a dispute. Upon arrival on scene I made contact with complainant, Talattha Banks, and obtained further information regarding the incident. Ms. Banks stated while in her bedroom she began hearing noises from her daughter, Juvenile [JUVENILE #1]’s, bedroom. Ms. Banks stated she then went to Juvenile [JUVENILE #1]’s bedroom to investigate the noises she heard. Ms. Banks stated after entering Juvenile [JUVENILE #1]’s bedroom she discovered an unknown male hiding under Juvenile [JUVENILE #1]’s bed.Ms. Banks described the subject as a black male wearing a brown shirt and camo pants. Ms. Banks stated upon making contact with the male she called out to her other daughter, [VICTIM #1], to go grab her gun from her bedroom. Ms. Banks stated once [VICTIM #1] returned with her firearm she then took possession of the firearm and advised the male “You aren’t going anywhere until the police get here”. Ms. Banks did not advise whether or not she pointed the gun at the male subject, but insisted she had every right to after finding an unknown male in the residence.Ms. Banks stated at this time, Juvenile [JUVENILE #1] forced her way past her and [VICTIM #1], before going into her bedroom and obtaining another firearm. Ms. Banks stated Juvenile [JUVENILE #1] then racked the slide of the pistol and pointed it at her and [VICTIM #1]. Ms. Banks stated Juvenile [JUVENILE #1] then held her and [VICTIM #1] at gunpoint while calling the name “Marco” to the male subject telling him to come with her. Ms. Banks stated Juvenile [JUVENILE #1] and the male subject then left the residence out the back door, before entering a red Toyota SUV that presumably belonged to the male and leaving the scene.Ms. Banks stated Juvenile [JUVENILE #1] left the residence with the pistol used in the incident, a black Taurus G2S serial #MRSP850 in her possession. Ms. Banks stated Juvenile [JUVENILE #1] did not have a cell phone and that there was no way for Deputies to remotely contact her. I then advised Ms. Banks that due to the complex nature of the incident, and lack of testimony from Juvenile [JUVENILE #1] or the unknown “Marco” subject, no charges would be taken on any party at this stage of the investigation. Upon receiving this notice Ms. Banks became upset, and advised she no longer wanted Deputies assistance and ordered us to leave the residence.Ms. Banks made another call to dispatch shortly after Deputies left the scene to report Juvenile [JUVENILE #1] as missing. I then contacted Ms. Banks by phone and obtained the description information needed to list Juvenile [JUVENILE #1] as a missing juvenile. Ms. Banks described Juvenile [JUVENILE #1] as a black female, 5’6″ in height, weighing 245lbs, with black hair and brown eyes, last seen wearing a green shirt and no other clothing at the residence at 0304 hours Juvenile [JUVENILE #1] was listed as a missing juvenile in the GCIC database this date.[End of Narrative].
