Vehicle #2 was knocked out of the roadway onto the property of another causing disabling damage to vehicle #2. Vehicle #1 did not stop for the accident and continued on in the opposite direction.The driver of vehicle # 1 was later located and placed under arrest for failure to yield and leaving the scene of an accident with damage or injuries.
