She explained that she was going through her videos on her camera app when she noticed some notifications that she had not viewed.On 03/29/2024 at approximately 2200 hours, in the video (black and white) a light skinned colored male appears to be cutting through the back yards of the apartments. The male looks inside [VICTIM #1]’s bedroom window, pulls his pnis out of his pants and begun stroking his pnis. He is at the window for approximately twenty minutes. At approximately 2230 hours, the male subject observes the camera and then departs the area. The male subject had a black grocery type bag in his hand as if he just came from the convenience store. He was wearing a hoodie and a backwards hat.[VICTIM #1] explained that the time he was there was approximately the same time she had a[REDACTED BY AGENCY] After her [REDACTED BY AGENCY]hat night, she took a shower and then laid in bed completely naked. She feels it was the same time the male subject was at her window.[VICTIM #1] is not familiar with the subject. Copies of the videos were obtained and will be placed into evidence.[End of Narrative].
