On July, 16, 2024, I was notified by Capt Ken Reeves of an incident at Journey Fellowship Church located at 409 Centerpoint Road, Bremen Georgia. I was advised that a Black Ford Explorer pulls around the Church to the back side, and dropped off 4 puppies and left.
This incident was recorded by the Church Surveillance Cameras. We were able to get a Georgia tag of [REDACTED] from the camera. This tag was ran through GCIC and came back to [REDACTED] of [1700 BLOCK] Five Points Road Waco Georgia. I did notify animal control of this incident and had them try and get the dogs up. This recording shows the rear drivers door open and one puppy jumps out. The white male passenger then exits the passenger side front and goes to the open door. Once there, he gets 3 more puppies and throws them into the parking lot. A white female could be seen seated in the drivers side of the Explorer. The vehicle then exits the premiss leaving the 4 dogs behind. The registrar owners address is located just inside of Carroll County.
The picture of the offenders tag, along with the surveillance video will be attached to this report.
Investigation continues.
