Knowles, got a call to the area of S. Moris and 5th. St. in Donalsonville, Ga. in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I saw a black male at the back of the vehicle throwing clothing items out onto the roadway. As I exited the patrol unit the black male identified as the offender/McKenzie Davis, was cussing and continue to throw items into the roadway.As I approached the vehicle he stopped and then stated the driver of the vehicle had threw his clothes and belongings on the roadway I advised Mr. Davis to clam down and stop yelling. Mr. Davis continue on and I asked him how much he had to drink and he advised nothing. Mr. Davis continue yelling and cussing and I then placed Mr. Davis under arrest for disorderly conduct. Mr. Davis was cuffed from behind, check for proper fit and double locked. I then Mr. Davis and he was put into the back of Officer Haire, patrol unit and transported to the Seminole County jail for booking.
